welcomes Senior Consultant Brian Rogers and IT Systems Development Manager Ramy Nahhas
Beginning in December 2007, Brian Rogers and
Ramy Nahhas join Blair and Associates.
Brian has an exceptional background in IT management and consulting for both providers and
recipients of IT services. He has done major work consolidating and managing data centers. These days, his interests are ITIL (international IT
service management standard) and CobiT (standard for IT governance and audit).
Ramy has built a career in project management on a strong basis of technical skills. Much of his
work has been in the banking industry, as Technical Operations Manager for BankWare and a Meta Group consultant involved with banks and government
agencies in the Middle East. Ramy is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

| For most of July 2006, Blair and Associates Senior Consultant Dr. Mark
Heumann worked with a global drilling technology company in Houston, Texas, to define its data integration needs. "The company is growing very fast,
which means they're outgrowing the processes that built their business," Dr. Heumann says. The job was presented as a database
project, but Dr. Heumann soon found that the problem was actually workflow integration. He interviewed people in all major areas of the company,
mapped the core business process, and recommended four priority areas for automation.

On Friday and Saturday, August 19-20, 2005, Blair and Associates conducted a two-day Strategic Planning
Conference for the Friends of the Cultural Arts Center (FCAC), Mountain Home, Arkansas. The purpose of the conference was to
guide FCAC through the process of defining its vision, goals, and strategies. What the group needed was help in focusing their energies on providing
arts access to the people of north central Arkansas and south central Missouri.

Blair and Associates' needs assessment for the Friends of the Cultural Arts Center set the stage for the
Strategic Planning Conference in August. The assessment began in March 2005, with demographic research conducted by Senior
Consultant Dr. Mark Heumann. After identifying FCAC's likely service area--Baxter and Marion counties in Arkansas, Ozark county in Missouri, and parts
of other counties--Dr. Heumann described the population in terms of age, education, income, residence, and lifestyle, and the region's prospects for
